All purchases are final and generally non-refundable. Credits cannot be exchanged, transferred, or converted back to cash.

Refunds are considered only in genuine cases of technical problems where users are charged for services they didn't receive due to system failures on our end.

Eligible for refund consideration:

  • Credits deducted but analysis failed to complete due to technical issues
  • Payment processed but credits not added to account due to system error
  • Technical errors preventing service delivery despite multiple attempts
  • Duplicate charges for the same service

Not eligible for refund:

  • Successfully completed analyses and delivered reports
  • Credits properly added to account
  • Change of mind after service delivery
  • Dissatisfaction with analysis results
  • User error or misunderstanding of services

Refund processing: If approved, refunds may be processed within 7 to 21 days depending on the original payment method and financial institution processing times.

2. When Refunds Are NOT Considered

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:

  • Successfully completed analyses: When you receive your personality analysis report and insights
  • Credits properly added: When credit packages are purchased and credits are successfully added to your account
  • Change of mind: After purchasing credit packages but deciding not to use them
  • Dissatisfaction with results: When you don't like your analysis results (as AI provides objective insights)
  • Completed mutual analyses: When mutual vibe reports are successfully generated and delivered
  • Used services: When you have already consumed the digital services provided

Our AI-powered analysis service provides immediate digital value upon successful completion, making refunds inappropriate once services are delivered.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing your purchased services:

  • Our team will ensure you receive the services you purchased
  • Technical support is provided free of charge

4. Payment Processing

Important: Please review your purchase carefully before completing payment. Once payment is processed through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay), the transaction cannot be reversed.

5. Credit Validity

Credits purchased through our platform:

  • Do not automatically expire
  • Cannot be transferred to another account
  • Cannot be converted back to cash
  • Remain in your account until used or account deletion

Any disputes regarding payments or services must be raised within 7 days of purchase. All disputes will be handled according to Indian law and jurisdiction.
