Vybif is a personality analysis platform that:

  • Offers personalized recommendations and insights
  • Maintains your analysis history and progress tracking

3.2 Service Limitations

  • Analysis results are for informational and entertainment purposes only
  • Results should not be used for professional, medical, or psychological diagnosis
  • Service availability may vary by region and is subject to technical limitations
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

4.1 Account Creation

  • You must create an account to access our Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4.2 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Include your registered email ID in the deletion request for verification
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Upon data deletion, your access to the Service will cease immediately
  • Data deletion is processed manually within 3 days for verification and compliance

5. Payment Terms and Credits

5.1 Credit System

  • Our Service operates on a credit-based system
  • Each personality analysis costs 250 credits
  • Credits are purchased through our platform using secure payment processors
  • Credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase

5.2 Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and US Dollars (USD)
  • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing users
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees

5.3 Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: All payments are final once processed
  • Credits cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred
  • Please purchase carefully and review your selections before payment
  • Technical issues or service interruptions may be resolved through service credits

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Rights

  • The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us
  • Our trademarks, logos, and brand names are our exclusive property
  • The analysis algorithms and methodologies are our proprietary technology
  • All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us
