If your analysis gets stuck with credits in reserved status, please wait up to 12 hours from initiation.

Our system will automatically:

  • Mark stuck analysis as failed after 12 hours
  • Return all reserved credits to your account

🆘 Still having issues after 12 hours?

Contact us using the form and include your analysis details for manual resolution.

Can I get a refund?

✅ Refunds considered when:

  • Credits deducted without getting analysis/report
  • Payment processed but credits not added
  • Technical errors prevented service delivery

❌ Refunds NOT considered for:

  • Successfully completed analyses
  • Credits properly added to account
  • Change of mind after purchasing
